Event Space

Founder's Room

The Founder's Room is a formal, luxurious function room that can be used for a variety of events. The room is ideal for larger meetings and can seat up to 105 guests in a dining room style. This is the largest conference space available at the inn. Dimensions: 34 feet x 45 feet.

Stewart Library

The Stewart Library is a refreshing setting for small corporate or educational conferences for up to 35 people theater-style or 20 people boardroom-style. This is a wonderful space for private dining as well. Dimensions: 24 feet x14 feet.

The Willard Room

The Willard Room can be used for smaller meetings, cocktail parties or functions and can seat up to 40 guests dining room-style, or over 50 for cocktail functions. Dimensions: 16 feet x 30 feet.

The Founders Room, Stewart Library and the Willard Room all open up into one magnificent Ballroom. Suited perfectly for large functions, weddings and corporate dinners, the Founders Ballroom can comfortably seat 165 or host stand up receptions for 250.

Morgan’s Tavern

Morgan’s Tavern is perfect for small to medium-sized meetings or functions and can accommodate up to 65 guests dining room-style. Dimensions: 40 feet x 25 feet.

Courtyard

The lovely courtyard can be open-air or tented to provide a perfectly delicious outdoor setting. Nestled between two historic inn buildings, overlooking the town of Middlebury and surrounded by lush landscaping, the Courtyard is perfect for an outdoor cocktail function or for your wedding ceremony.
